Gantry Crane for safe material handling
The Safety of our employees keeps me up at night. Lifting a 1000lb steel block could easily be handled by our 4000lb capacity forklift, but their movement does not feel smooth enough to comfortably (slowly) load it into a $200k CNC milling machine. Enter the gantry crane.

The recommended position for assembly was unexpected, especially the caster mounting.
In the end, lifting and rotating the block was easy and felt very safe with all 2x load-rated equipment.
